Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your ANOONU purchase, but in case something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you'd like to return an item, simply email us at hello@anoonu.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return, please make sure the items are unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items with missing tags, signs of wear and tear or any alterations.

When returning your items, please pack them securely to avoid damage during transit. You'll be responsible for covering the cost of return postage, unless we sent you the wrong item or a faulty product. In those cases, we'll be happy to cover the return postage cost.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets these conditions, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued through your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.
